Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By accessing or using any part of the manilawin Platform – including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or contacting support – you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form.
2.2 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that third party to these Terms. manilawin does not accept liability for any use of the Platform by individuals acting outside their authorised capacity.
2.3 These Terms are supplemented by additional policies published on the Platform, including but not limited to the manilawin Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules. In the event of conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific policy expressly states otherwise.
2.4 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and, if applicable, contact manilawin support to close your Account.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
STRICT AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use manilawin. No exceptions apply.
3.1 The manilawin Platform is intended exclusively for adults who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with PAGCOR requirements applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
3.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are a natural person and not a legal entity;
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by manilawin or any applicable regulatory authority;
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of manilawin, nor an immediate family member of such person, where this would constitute a conflict of interest in relation to gaming activity on the Platform.
3.3 manilawin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within seven (7) calendar days of request will result in Account suspension pending verification. Winnings accrued by an Account later found to belong to an underage individual shall be forfeited in full.
3.4 manilawin employs identity verification technology and human review processes to enforce this age requirement. Any individual who deliberately misrepresents their age or identity to circumvent this restriction may be subject to referral to appropriate authorities.
Account Registration
4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the manilawin Platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts, whether in the same name or using alternate identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and payment channel details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
4.3 Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your Account credentials.
4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify manilawin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.5 manilawin reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its discretion and without providing reasons.
Deposits
5.1 All deposits into the manilawin Wallet must be made using payment channels registered to the Account holder. Third-party deposits – where funds originate from a payment channel registered to a person other than the Account holder – are not permitted and may be reversed without notice.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Pesos one hundred (₱100). No upper deposit limit is set by default; however, players may set their own deposit limits through the Account's responsible gaming settings.
5.3 Accepted deposit channels include: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Availability of specific channels may vary. manilawin does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
5.4 Deposited funds are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation of payment. In the event of a technical delay, please contact support with proof of transaction and manilawin will investigate within 24 hours.
5.5 manilawin reserves the right to refuse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Withdrawals
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Pesos two hundred (₱200). Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative channel is verified through the Account KYC process.
6.2 manilawin may require Players to complete full KYC verification – including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment channel ownership – before any withdrawal is processed. This is a standard requirement under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance obligations.
6.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within minutes to four (4) hours; bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically process within one (1) to three (3) banking days. These are indicative timeframes and may be extended during periods of high volume or pending verification.
6.4 Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused where manilawin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, account compromise, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, manilawin will notify the Player through their registered contact details and provide an opportunity to respond before any final action is taken.
6.5 Bonus credits and free bet allocations in a Player's Bonus Wallet are not directly withdrawable; they must first be converted to real-money winnings through wagering requirements specified at the time the bonus was issued.
Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 manilawin may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and game restrictions.
7.2 Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or winnings derived from it, may be transferred to the main Wallet and subsequently withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements on manilawin range from 20x to 50x unless otherwise stated.
7.3 Bonuses are issued to one Account per individual, per household, per registered mobile number, and per payment channel. Any attempt to claim bonuses multiple times through registration of additional Accounts constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential Account suspension.
7.4 manilawin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued after a bonus has been claimed but before the wagering requirement is met, manilawin will provide reasonable notice of the discontinuation and honour any wagering progress already completed.
7.5 Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Any attempted withdrawal of bonus funds prior to satisfaction of wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Gaming Rules
8.1 All games available on the manilawin Platform are subject to individual game rules published within each game interface or game information section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
8.2 Game outcomes on manilawin are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems for digital games, and by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers for live dealer games. The integrity of all game outcomes is subject to independent audit.
8.3 In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game round, the applicable game rules will determine how the interrupted round is resolved. Where game rules do not specifically address such events, manilawin will apply fair and reasonable resolution procedures and may void the affected game round.
8.4 Bets placed and confirmed are final. manilawin will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a wager once it has been accepted and the game round has commenced, except in circumstances described in clause 8.3 above.
8.5 Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are disclosed within each game's information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session or wager.
Prohibited Conduct
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the manilawin Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Multi-accounting: registering or operating more than one Account;
- Identity fraud: providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
- Collusion: cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer games, or sports betting;
- Bonus abuse: exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated activity, or systematic exploitation of offer terms beyond their intended purpose;
- Automated play: using bots, macros, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input;
- Arbitrage betting: systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies between different markets or platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of manilawin's betting markets;
- Money laundering: using the manilawin Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity or for the purposes of concealing the origin of funds;
- Technical exploitation: exploiting bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software to obtain an unfair advantage.
9.2 Where manilawin identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all bets placed during the relevant period, confiscate all associated balances and winnings, permanently close the Account, and report the matter to PAGCOR and, where appropriate, Philippine law enforcement authorities.
Responsible Gaming
manilawin is committed to responsible gaming. The tools in this section are provided for your protection and are available at any time through your Account settings.
10.1 manilawin provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible through every registered Account:
- Deposit Limits: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the Player;
- Loss Limits: maximum loss thresholds over defined periods;
- Session Time Limits: automatic session termination after a specified period of play;
- Reality Checks: periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and net gaming outcome;
- Cooling-Off Period: temporary account restriction ranging from 24 hours to 30 days;
- Self-Exclusion: voluntary account suspension for a minimum period of six (6) months or on a permanent basis.
10.2 Self-exclusion is a serious and binding restriction. A Player who has elected self-exclusion may not open a new Account during the exclusion period. Any Account found to have been opened in circumvention of an active self-exclusion will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.

10.4 manilawin does not extend credit to Players and does not permit Players to wager on credit. All wagers must be funded from a positive Wallet balance only.
Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on the manilawin Platform – including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, text, and user interface design – is the proprietary intellectual property of manilawin or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 No part of the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, reverse-engineered, decompiled, adapted, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of manilawin. This prohibition extends to screen captures, data scraping, and any systematic extraction of Platform content.
11.3 Your use of the manilawin Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence beyond this scope is granted.
Limitation of Liability
12.1 The manilawin Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. manilawin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the continuous availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, manilawin shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password security; (c) losses resulting from system downtime, maintenance, or force majeure events; or (d) the conduct of third-party payment processors.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit manilawin's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.4 Your use of the manilawin Platform is at your own risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. manilawin strongly encourages all Players to set and adhere to responsible gaming limits.
Account Suspension & Termination
13.1 manilawin reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
- There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- KYC verification cannot be completed to manilawin's satisfaction;
- A Player's Account is subject to a legal order, regulatory direction, or dispute resolution process;
- manilawin determines that continuing the Account relationship would constitute a compliance risk.
13.2 On termination of an Account for cause, manilawin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment channel within a reasonable period.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting manilawin support. Any remaining Wallet balance (excluding Bonus Wallet credits not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment channel within a reasonable period.
Privacy & Data Protection
14.1 Your use of the manilawin Platform is also governed by the manilawin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how manilawin collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the Platform.
14.3 manilawin will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, relevant regulatory authorities, and payment processors as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
Amendments to These Terms
15.1 manilawin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via their registered mobile number or email address no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amendment takes effect, except where required changes must be implemented immediately for regulatory compliance or security reasons.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
15.3 The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, is always accessible on the manilawin Platform. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 Any gaming-related complaint should first be submitted to manilawin support. manilawin aims to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days. Where a complaint relates to regulated gaming conduct and cannot be resolved directly, the Player may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable gaming regulatory authority.
16.3 Subject to clause 16.2, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints process.
16.4 Nothing in this clause prevents manilawin from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate business interests.
