Legal Bases for Processing

Minors & Age Policy
STRICT AGE REQUIREMENT: manilawin is accessible only to individuals aged 21 years and above. manilawin does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
12.1 manilawin applies mandatory age verification during account registration consistent with PAGCOR requirements for online gaming in the Philippines. Any account where the registered player is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all associated personal data subject to deletion, except where retention is required by law.
